Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for services canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the service hasn't been delivered yet.
In the event of a technical issue or delivery failure, you may request a refund or credit.
Custom-built services (e.g., websites) are non-refundable once development has started.
